Pan Pacific London Hotel

Had essentials needed in the double room, including a coffeemaker and glassware. A roll-in shower in the fine bathroom was super awesome. This hotel was set in a central area so close to London, the restaurant and convenient store. The pool was amazing and I had savoury drinks in the main bar: )

The rooms were spotlessly clean and huge with a safe box, TV and coffee/tea makers. The hotel had a marvellous location close to underground.

The mattress in our room was sagging, which led to an uncomfortable night's sleep.

A fab stay for a bday!

We celebrated my daughter's 10th bday, and the staff went all out to. Got some yummy cakes and mocktails waiting for us. The Straits Kitchen food was spot on for both lunch and breakfast. The pool is awesome! Only wished the breakfast options included more without extra charges.

ideal central base for sightseeing and city strolls

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from iconic landmarks like the sky garden and the vibrant brick lane. The breakfast pricing could use some adjustment.

The mini bar in the room was a delightful surprise, and we also enjoyed sipping cocktails by the pool. The spa's massage treatments were pure bliss, perfect for unwinding after a long day. It would have been great if the check-in process was smoother, but overall, we loved our stay! 😊

luxurious stay, but minor room adjustments needed

The staff provided really good hospitality during our five-night stay. The spacious room allowed our family to feel at home and unwind comfortably after our daily adventures.

The room's temperature control was slightly inconsistent, making it a bit challenging to maintain a comfortable climate.

The huge bathroom with Diptyque products was a highlight. The unique design of the room made it very comfortable. The spa was an excellent way to unwind, and the complimentary brownie for our anniversary was a sweet touch!

The fine room offered amazing city views, while the beautiful indoor pool and gym provided a fantastic ambiance for relaxation and fitness. The warm and cute staff enhanced the experience, particularly Ms. Xinchen from guest relations. Fresh unlimited pancakes from the coffee shop were a good treat, but the limited dining options in the immediate vicinity were a minor downside.
